A BRIGHT OUTLOOK FOR STRUXURE
It was announced on January 4, 2022 that StruXure—the premier manufacturer of luxury pergolas and cabanas—was acquired by publicly-traded The AZEK Company, Inc. (AZEK). For anyone familiar with AZEK, you know that it is the innovative manufacturer of beautiful, low maintenance, and environmentally sustainable outdoor living products, with a deep commitment to making a lasting impact on the world by accelerating the use of recycled materials. The AZEK Company, Inc. was founded in 1983, and went public on June 12, 2020.
Headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, AZEK operates manufacturing facilities in Ohio, Pennsylvania and Minnesota, and recently announced a new facility will open in Boise, Idaho.
AZEK’s business units include TimberTech® decking, AZEK Exteriors®, Versatex® building products, Ultralox Interlocking® Technology, Scranton Products®, Vycom®, Return Polymers, Inc.™, and now StruXure® pergolas.
